1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform (the “Platform”) operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Davydov. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Service

We (Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Davydov) operate the Platform, which provides tools and resources enabling Users to:

• Find and collaborate with team members.
• Generate and develop project ideas or MVPs.
• Participate in leaderboards and marketplaces.
• Connect with mentors or judges for feedback.

4. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information when it changes.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.

5. User Conduct

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to access or interfere with the data or security of the Platform or any other user.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in any illegal or inappropriate conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform’s design, branding, software, and associated materials, including any and all intellectual property rights.
• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as described in the Terms.
• Third-Party Content: The Platform may feature or link to third-party content. Your use of such content is at your own risk.

7. Payment (If/When Applicable)

Currently, the Platform does not process payments. If payment processing becomes available, we will update these Terms and notify users in advance.

8. Disclaimers

• Service “As Is”: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Davydov and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

• Platform Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform at any time.
• Terms Updates: We may amend these Terms and will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
